13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 2, between lines 14 and 15,

16  insert:

17         Section 2.  A contract for the purchase of goods or

18  services may not contain a clause that conditions payment for

19  such goods or services on the receipt of payment from any

20  other person.  Any such conditional payment clause is void as

21  a violation of the public policy of this state.

28  insert after the semicolon:

29         prohibiting certain contracts from containing
