17  and insert in lieu thereof:  (8)  ENROLLMENT.--A child may

18  apply for participation in Medikids and proceed through the

19  eligibility determination and enrollment process at any time

20  throughout the year. Once determined eligible, a child may

21  receive choice counseling and select a managed care plan or

22  MediPass. Enrollment in MediPass shall be an option
