14         On page 49, lines 8-10, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  defendant's attorney. Any defendant who is

17  committed under chapter 916, must be held in a secure facility

18  or program until it is determined either through annual review

19  or by a treating physician or a social service professional

20  that the defendant no longer meets the criteria for

21  involuntary residential services under s. 393.11.
