17 Section 52. Section 205.195, Florida Statutes, is
18 created to read:
19 205.195 Real Estate Agents; exemption.--No
20 occupational license shall be required of any "real estate
21 salesperson" when he is operating under a registered broker.
22 However, such broker shall be required to obtain a local
23 occupational license for his or her permanent location or
24 branch office.
