11  The Committee on Community Affairs offered the following:

13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 9, between lines 12 and 13 of the bill

15

16  insert:

17         Section 2.  Subsection (2) of section 468.432, Florida

18  Statutes, is amended to read:

19         468.431  Definitions.--(2)  Nothing in this part

20  prohibits a corporation, partnership, trust, association, or

21  other like organization from engaging in the business of

22  community association management without being licensed if it

23  employs licensed natural persons in the direct provision of

24  community association management services.  However, such

25  entities must register with the department in a manner

26  prescribed by rule.  Such corporation, partnership, trust,

27  association, or other organization shall also file with the

28  department a statement on a form approved by the department

29  that it submits itself to the rules of the council and the

30  department and the provisions  of this part which the

31  department deems applicable.  Any entity who violates the
