15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  (d)  "Engaged in the business"

18  means any person who deals in firearms as a regular course of

19  trade or business with the principal objective of livelihood

20  and profit through the repetitive purchase and resale of

21  firearms.  The term does not include a person selling,

22  exchanging, or purchasing less than two firearms at any one

23  time for the enhancement of a personal collection, or a person

24  selling an entire personal collection to any individual or

25  legal organization.
