15         On page 1, lines 12-14, delete those lines

17  and insert:

18         Section 1.  Subsections (1) and (8) of section 316.614,

19  Florida Statutes, are amended to read:

20         316.614  Safety belt usage.--

21         (1)  This section may be cited as the "Fred Lippman

22  Florida Safety Belt Law."
