14         On page 1, line 25, after the period

16  insert:  The hospital board shall employ a financial manager

17  with a minimum of 3 years experience in business finance with

18  a financial institution or securities firm. The financial

19  manager shall be certified under the Public Accountancy Law

20  for a period of at least 3 years.
