15         On page 7, line 20, through page 9, line 9, delete

16  those lines

18  and insert:

19         (c)  Notwithstanding paragraphs (a) and (b), no such

20  disposition of land shall be made if such disposition would

21  have the effect of causing all or any portion of the interest

22  on any revenue bonds issued to fund the Florida Forever Act to

23  lose the exclusion from gross income for purposes of federal

24  income taxation.  Any revenue derived from the disposal of

25  such lands may not be used for any purpose except for deposit

26  into the Florida Forever Trust Fund, the Water Management

27  Lands Trust Fund, or the appropriate local government trust

28  fund, depending on the entity which held title to the land,

29  for the acquisition of new lands which meet the criteria

30  pursuant to this section.

31         (d)  Lands identified as suitable for surplus shall
