2 An act relating to trust funds; re-creating the
3 Capital Collateral Trust Fund within Justice
4 Administration without modification; carrying
5 forward current balances and continuing current
6 sources and uses thereof; providing an
7 effective date.

9 WHEREAS, the Legislature wishes to extend the life of
10 the Capital Collateral Trust Fund within Justice
11 Administration, which is otherwise scheduled to be terminated
12 pursuant to constitutional mandate, and
13 WHEREAS, the Legislature has reviewed the Capital
14 Collateral Trust Fund within Justice Administration before its
15 scheduled termination date and has found that it continues to
16 meet an important public purpose, and
17 WHEREAS, the Legislature has found that existing public
18 policy concerning the Capital Collateral Trust Fund within
19 Justice Administration sets adequate parameters for its use,
20 NOW, THEREFORE,

22 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

24 Section 1. The Capital Collateral Trust Fund within
25 Justice Administration, SAMAS number 212072, which is to be
26 terminated pursuant to Section 19(f), Article III of the State
27 Constitution on November 4, 2000, is re-created.
28 Section 2. All current balances of the Capital
29 Collateral Trust Fund within Justice Administration are
30 carried forward, and all current sources and uses of the trust
31 fund are continued.
