1 A bill to be entitled
2 An act relating to trust funds; re-creating the
3 Family Courts Trust Fund within the state
4 courts system without modification; carrying
5 forward current balances and continuing current
6 sources and uses thereof; providing an
7 effective date.

9 WHEREAS, the Legislature wishes to extend the life of
10 the Family Courts Trust Fund within the state courts system,
11 which is otherwise scheduled to be terminated pursuant to
12 constitutional mandate, and
13 WHEREAS, the Legislature has reviewed the Family Courts
14 Trust Fund within the state courts system before its scheduled
15 termination date and has found that it continues to meet an
16 important public purpose, and
17 WHEREAS, the Legislature has found that existing public
18 policy concerning the Family Courts Trust Fund within the
19 state courts system sets adequate parameters for its use, NOW,
20 THEREFORE,

22 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

24 Section 1. The Family Courts Trust Fund within the
25 state courts system, SAMAS number 222973, which is terminated
26 by the Legislature by law pursuant to Section 19(f), Article
27 III of the State Constitution on November 4, 2000, is
28 re-created.
29 Section 2. All current balances of the Family Courts
30 Trust Fund within the state courts system are carried forward,

1 and all current sources and uses of the trust fund are
2 continued.
3 Section 3. This act shall take effect November 4,
4 2000.

different review cycle, and carries forward its current
10 balances and continues its current sources and uses.
