  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to trust funds; declaring the

  3         findings of the Legislature that specified

  4         trust funds in the Department of Highway Safety

  5         and Motor Vehicles are exempt from the

  6         automatic-termination requirements of Section

  7         19(f), Article III of the State Constitution;

  8         providing an effective date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11

12         Section 1.  The Legislature finds that the following

13  trust funds within the Department of Highway Safety and Motor

14  Vehicles are exempt from termination pursuant to Section

15  19(f)(3), Article III of the State Constitution:

16         (1)  The Motor Vehicle License Clearing Trust Fund,

17  Account Number 762488.

18         (2)  The License Tax Collection Trust Fund, Account

19  Number 762452.

20         (3)  The International Registration Clearing Trust

21  Fund, Account Number 762410.

22         (4)  The Security Deposits Trust Fund, Account Number

23  762625.

24         (5)  The Civil Fines Clearing Trust Fund, Account

25  Number 762094.

26         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

27  law.
