13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 25, between lines 2 and 3,

16  insert:

17         Section 14.  The amount of $2 million is appropriated

18  from tobacco settlement revenues to be matched at an

19  appropriate level with federal Medicaid funds available under

20  Title XIX of the Social Security Act to provide prosthetic and

21  orthotic devices for Medicaid recipients when such devices are

22  prescribed by licensed practitioners participating in the

23  Medicaid program.
