14         On page 23, lines 21 through 29, delete those lines

16  and insert:

17         2.  I have been told that ...... has a child. I

18         shall not establish or

19         claim paternity for this child.

20         3.  The child noted herein was not conceived or

21         born while the birth mother was married to me.

22         I AM NOT MARRIED TO THE BIRTH MOTHER, nor do I

23         intend to marry the birth mother.
