13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 4, between lines 9 and 10,

16  insert:

17         Section 2.  No tax imposed by chapter 212, Florida

18  Statutes, on the transactions made exempt pursuant to the

19  amendment to section 212.04(2)(a)2., Florida Statutes, by this

20  act, and not actually paid or collected by a not-for-profit

21  sponsoring organization, shall be due from that not-for-profit

22  sponsoring organization. However, any tax actually collected

23  shall be remitted to the Department of Revenue.
