  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Putnam County; repealing

  3         chapter 71-884, Laws of Florida, relating to

  4         the Putnam County Nursing Home Authority;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  Chapter 71-884, Laws of Florida, is hereby

10  repealed.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
