  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Lake County; repealing

  3         subsection I of section 4 of chapter 95-508,

  4         Laws of Florida, relating to alternative

  5         revenue raising capabilities of the Board of

  6         Trustees of the North Lake County Hospital

  7         District; providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  Subsection I of section 4 of chapter

12  95-508, Laws of Florida, is hereby repealed.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
