13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 21, between lines 25 and 26,

16  insert:

17         Section 16.  There is hereby appropriated from the

18  Public Service Commission Regulatory Trust Fund to the Public

19  Service Commission the sum of $1,200,000 and 8 positions for

20  the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this act.
