22 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

24 Section 1. The Division of Statutory Revision of the
25 Joint Legislative Management Committee is requested to prepare
26 a reviser's bill for introduction at a subsequent session of
27 the Legislature to change "Department of Health and

4 Section 3. Sections 400.441(1)(a)2.n., 402.47,

6 Statutes, are repealed.
7 Section 4. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
8 law.
