  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to road designations;

  3         designating a portion of State Road 37 as W.S.

  4         Badcock Boulevard; directing the Department of

  5         Transportation to erect suitable markers;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10         Section 1.  W.S. Badcock Boulevard designated;

11  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

12         (1)  State Road 37 from south mile marker 18.179 (State

13  Road 60) to north mile marker 28.647 (Main Street in Lakeland)

14  is hereby designated as "W.S. Badcock Boulevard."

15         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

16  erect suitable markers designating "W.S. Badcock Boulevard" as

17  described in subsection (1).

18         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

19  law.
