13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 3, line 4, before the period,

16  insert:  , except that this act shall not take effect if an

17  amendment adding subparagraph (f)1. to subsection (7) of

18  section 121.091, Florida Statutes, becomes a law, which

19  authorizes the use of a deceased member's accumulated leave in

20  the Florida Retirement System to purchase additional

21  creditable service
