17  The Children First Partnership shall recommend to the School

18  Readiness Program Estimating Conference by July 1, 1999, how

19  to convert provision of services to children of teenage

20  parents, as prescribed in s. 230.23166, to the children first

21  program and terminate the funding provisions of s.
