13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 17, line 25, after poverty level. of the bill

16  insert:  The provision for services to children of teenage

17  parents as prescribed in 230.23166(3)(c) and 230.23166(4)

18  shall be included in the local Children First Program

19  Coalition Plan.  Section 230.23166(3)(e) shall no longer

20  apply.

28   insert in lieu thereof:

29         amending s 230.23166, Florida Statutes, to
