13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 8, between lines 28 and 29,

16  insert:

17         Section 6.  The amendment to section 220.13(2)(i),

18  Florida Statutes, in section 3 of this act relating to

19  subchapter S subsidiaries shall operate retroactively to tax

20  years beginning on or after January 1, 1997.
