17 Section 5. Section (2) of section 608.407, Florida
18 Statutes, is amended to read:
19 608.407 Articles of organization.--
20 (2) An affidavit declaring that the limited liability
21 company has at least one member two members and setting forth
22 the amount of the cash and a description and agreed value of
23 property other than cash contributed by the members and the
24 amount anticipated to be contributed by the members shall
25 accompany the articles of organization of a limited liability
26 company.
