17 Section 1. Paragraph (l) is added to subsection (1) of
18 section 440.134, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 440.134 Workers' compensation managed care
20 arrangement.--
21 (1) As used in this section, the term:
22 (l) "Medical case manager" means a qualified
23 rehabilitation provider as defined in s. 440.491 or a
24 registered nurse licensed under chapter 464, either of whom
25 act under the supervision of a medical care coordinator.
