13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14  Remove from the bill:  Everything after the enacting clause

16  and insert in lieu thereof:

17         Section 1.  Subsection (7) of section 569.002, Florida

18  Statutes, is amended to read:

19         569.002  Definitions.--As used in this chapter, the

20  term:

21         (7)  "Any person under the age of 18" does not include

22  any person under the age of 18 who:

23         (a)  Has had his or her disability of nonage removed

24  under chapter 743;

25         (b)  Is in the military reserve or on active duty in

26  the Armed Forces of the United States;

27         (c)  Is otherwise emancipated by a court of competent

28  jurisdiction and released from parental care and

29  responsibility;

30         (d)  Is acting in his or her scope of lawful employment

31  with an entity licensed under the provisions of chapter 210 or
