13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 2, between lines 3 & 4,

16  insert:

17         Section 2.  Paragraph (7) of section 569.008, Florida

18  Statutes, is added to read:

19         569.008  Responsible retail tobacco products dealers;

20  qualifications; mitigation of disciplinary penalties; diligent

21  management and supervision; presumption.--

22         (7)  No stamp, decal or other cover may be affixed to

23  or made upon any package of cigarettes that is to be sold

24  within the State of Florida unless that package complies with

25  all requirements of the Federal Cigarette Labeling and

26  Advertising Act, 15 U.S.C. Sections 1331-1341, for the

27  placement of labels, warnings, and other information. Agents

28  of the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco shall have

29  the authority to confiscate, pending hearing, andy product in

30  violation of this law and the Division shall revoke the

31  license or permit issued to any cigarette stamping agent or
