17 Section 1. Paragraph (j) of subsection (1) of section
18 288.904, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
19 288.904 Powers of the board of directors of Enterprise
20 Florida, Inc.--
21 (1) The board of directors of Enterprise Florida,
22 Inc., shall have the power to:
23 (j) Carry forward any unexpended state appropriations
24 into succeeding fiscal years.
25 (j)(k) Procure insurance or require bond against any
26 loss in connection with the property of Enterprise Florida,
27 Inc., and its boards, in such amounts and from such insurers
28 as is necessary or desirable.
