14         On page 3, lines 6 through 14, of the amendment

15  delete from the amendment: all of said lines

17  insert:

18  pledgor. The term does not include an agreement made under a

19  "retail installment transaction" as defined in s. 520.02.

20         (12)  "Title loan lender" means any person who is

21  engaged in the business of making title loans or engaging in

22  title loan agreements with pledgors. The term does not include

23  a "financial institution" as defined in s. 655.005.

24         (13)  "Title loan office" means the location at which,

25  or premises from which, a title loan lender regularly conducts

26  business.

27         (14)  "Title loan transaction" means any title loan of

28  a motor vehicle from lender to borrower for money. The term

29  does not include a "retail installment transaction" as defined

30  in s. 520.02.
