11  Senator Williams moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 2, lines 10 through 14, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         Section 2.  Subsection (3) of section 287.16, Florida

18  Statutes, is amended, and subsection (11) is added to that

19  section, to read:

20         287.16  Powers and duties of division.--The Division of

21  Motor Pool shall have the following powers, duties, and

22  responsibilities:

23         (3)  In its discretion, to require every state agency

24  to transfer its ownership, custody, and control of every

25  aircraft and motor vehicle, and associated maintenance

26  facilities and equipment, except those used principally for

27  law enforcement, state fire marshal, or fire control purposes,

28  to the Department of Management Services, including all right,

29  title, interest, and equity therein.
