14         On page 5, between lines 8 and 9, of the bill

17         Section 2.  Paragraph (e) of subsection (5) of section

18  766.315, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:

19         766.315  Florida Birth-Related Neurological Injury

20  Compensation Association; board of directors.--

21         (5)

22         (e)  Any Funds held on behalf of the plan are funds of

23  the State of Florida. The association may only invest plan

24  funds in the investments and securities described in s.

25  215.47, and shall be subject to the limitations on investments

26  contained in that section must be invested in interest-bearing

27  investments by the association. All income derived from such

28  investments will be credited to the plan.
