13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 2, lines 20-24, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  sources of funds include any local government

17  funds that a community college may receive. Sources of funds

18  shall not include any federal or state government funds.

19         (3)  The Community College Capital Facilities Matching

20  Trust Fund, shall provide funds to match private contributions
