12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 1, between lines 21 and 22,

17  insert:

18         (12)  Any person providing only nonpotable water for

19  irrigation purposes in a geographic area where potable water

20  service is available from a governmentally or privately owned

21  utility or a private well;

25  And the title is amended as follows:

26         On page 1, line 9, delete that line

27

28  and insert:  utilities; providing a regulatory exemption for

29  nonpotable irrigation water under certain circumstances;

30  providing an effective date.
