13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 24, line 26, after the period

15

16  insert:  For purposes of this subsection, "rental company"

17  shall only include an entity engaged in the business of

18  renting or leasing motor vehicles to the general public, and

19  which annually rents or leases a majority of its motor

20  vehicles to persons with no direct or indirect affiliation

21  with the rental company.
