13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 21, lines 21-30, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  control of the premises. The immunity from

17  liability under this section does not apply if the owner or

18  person in possession and control of the premises, or agent

19  thereof, engaged in conduct which that owner or person in

20  possession and control of the premises, or agent thereof, knew

21  or should have known would likely result in injury or death to

22  an invitee.
