14 On page 24, between lines 26 and 27,

16 insert:
17 (4) Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in
18 s. 626.321, a motor vehicle rental business shall require any
19 renter who holds a driver's license issued by a foreign
20 country to purchase motor vehicle liability insurance coverage
21 from the motor vehicle rental business in the amount of
22 $200,000 per person and up to $1 million per incident for
23 bodily injury and $50,000 for property damage. Any such
24 coverage shall be deducted from the limits of liability
25 established for motor vehicle owners for any claim under this
26 section.
