  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to medical malpractice;

  3         providing intent concerning the application of

  4         such laws; providing an effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature that

  9  the laws of this state relating to medical malpractice be

10  applied fairly and equitably.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
