  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to amphitheaters; requiring

  3         that amphitheaters located on or adjacent to

  4         fairgrounds be subject to all local noise

  5         ordinances; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  Any amphitheater that is located on or

10  adjacent to a municipal, county, or state fairground is

11  subject to all local ordinances regulating noise.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1998.
