11  The Committee on Rules, Resolutions, & Ethics offered the

12  following:

14         Technical Amendment 

15         On page 2, lines 4 through 12,

16  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17

18  and insert in lieu thereof:

19  this state, has registered to vote, has made a statement of

20  domicile pursuant to s. 222.17, Florida Statutes, or has filed

21  for homestead tax exemption on property in this state, the

22  license shall remain in effect for 90 days following the date

23  on which the holder of the license establishes legal state

24  residence.  The provisions of this section apply only to

25  states which have reciprocity with Florida with respect to the

26  issuance of a concealed weapon or concealed firearm permit.

27         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1 of the

28  year in which enacted.
