  1                         House Resolution

  2         A resolution relating to State Representative

  3         Alzo Jackson Reddick.

  4

  5         WHEREAS, the Florida Commission on Ethics entered a

  6  final order and public report finding that State

  7  Representative Alzo Jackson Reddick violated Section 8 of

  8  Article II of the Florida Constitution, and

  9         WHEREAS, the Speaker of the House of Representatives,

10  having received the final order and public report from the

11  commission, appointed a Select Committee on Standards of

12  Official Conduct, and

13         WHEREAS, the select committee has reviewed the record

14  in this case and entered into a proposed consent decree in

15  this matter with Representative Reddick, and

16         WHEREAS, the select committee and Representative

17  Reddick, through the consent decree, recommend that the House

18  of Representatives reprimand Representative Reddick, NOW,

19  THEREFORE,

21  Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of

22  Florida:

24         That Alzo Jackson Reddick, Representative, District 39,

25  is hereby reprimanded for his conduct in violation of Section

26  8 of Article II of the Florida Constitution.
