11  Senator Diaz-Balart moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 2, line 1,

16  insert:

17         Section 1.  This act shall be designated the Mario

18  Diaz-Balart Act.

19         Section 2.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law,

20  all cosmetology schools in the state shall be renamed "The

21  Mario Diaz Balart Beauty School."

22         Section 3.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

23  law.
