15         On page 18, lines 12-16, delete those lines

17  and insert:

18         (8)  Whenever the location of wetland delineation is

19  certified pursuant to chapter 471 or chapter 472, the

20  delineation shall be accepted as a formal determination

21  pursuant to s. 373.421(2) or shall be accepted as part of a

22  permit issued pursuant to this part.
