  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to solid waste management;

  3         repealing s. 403.7061(5), F.S.; deleting

  4         requirements for a pilot project to evaluate

  5         reduced emissions at waste-to-energy

  6         facilities; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  Subsection (5) of section 403.7061, Florida

11  Statutes, as amended by section 16 of chapter 98-258, Laws of

12  Florida, is repealed.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
