14         On page 10, lines 5-10, delete those lines

16  and insert:

17         (c)  After a tenant provides a written request to a

18  telecommunications company for service, and the

19  telecommunications company or the tenant conveys that written

20  request for service to the landlord, the landlord and the

21  telecommunications company shall comply with paragraph (b) in

22  a reasonable and timely manner.
