  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to access by telecommunications

  3         companies to customers in multitenant

  4         environments; providing legislative intent;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature that

10  Florida laws and regulations relating to access by

11  telecommunications companies to customers in multitenant

12  environments shall respect private property rights, promote

13  competition, treat all telecommunications services providers

14  fairly, and serve the best interests of the public.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
