14         On page 33, line 28, of the bill, after "state."

16  insert:  The Department of Juvenile Justice shall notify, in

17  writing, the appropriate school district when a request for

18  proposals is issued for the construction or operation of a

19  commitment or detention facility when a county or site is

20  specifically identified.
