16 lines

18 and insert: the required examination not more than 15 years
19 prior to application;
20 (c)1. Has submitted evidence of the active licensed
21 practice of pharmacy in another jurisdiction for at least 2 of
22 the immediately preceding 5 years or evidence of successful
23 completion of either board-approved postgraduate training or a
24 board-approved clinical competency examination within the year
25 preceding the filing of an application for licensure. For
26 purposes of this paragraph, "active licensed practice of
27 pharmacy" means that practice of pharmacy by pharmacists,
28 including those employed by any governmental entity in
29 community or public health, as defined by this chapter, and
30 those on the active teaching faculty of an accredited pharmacy
31 school; or

1 2. Has completed an internship meeting the
2 requirements of 465.007(1)(c) within the two years immediately
3 preceding application; and
4 (d) Has obtained a passing score on the pharmacy
5 jurisprudence portions of the licensure examination as
6 required by board rule.
