11  Senator Lee moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         Delete everything after the enacting clause

16  and insert:

17         Section 1.  Paragraphs (g) and (h) of subsection (2) of

18  section 607.1901, Florida Statutes, are amended to read:

19         607.1901  Corporations Trust Fund creation; transfer of

20  funds.--

21         (2)

22         (g)  The division shall transfer from the trust fund to

23  the Historical Resources Operating Trust Fund, quarterly,

24  prorations transferring $2 million each fiscal year, to be

25  used as provided in s. 267.0617 267.0671.

26         (h)  The division shall transfer from the trust fund to

27  the Historical Resources Operating Trust Fund, quarterly,

28  prorations transferring $2 $1.5 million each fiscal year, to

29  be used as provided in s. 267.072.

30         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1999.

 7         An act relating to historical resources;

 8         amending s. 607.1901, F.S.; increasing the

 9         amount transferred each fiscal year from the

10         Corporations Trust Fund to the Historical

11         Resources Operating Trust Fund for purposes of

12         funding historical museum programs in this

13         state; correcting a cross-reference; providing

14         an effective date.
