  9         Section 1.  Subparagraph 2. of paragraph (b) of
10  subsection (3) of s. 11.42, Florida Statutes, is repealed.

12         Reviser's note.--The cited subparagraph, which
13         relates to prior-existing job qualifications
14         for employees in positions associated with the
15         Florida Education Finance Program full-time
16         enrollment verification function assigned to
